It happened on Elders Street in Scarborough on Monday, January 20th at about 9:35pm when the suspect was exposed to the girl.
This guy was said to be white, and had short brown hair about 40 years old, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, and he was all dressed in dark clothes. He spoke in a creepy voice.
A police spokesman said, “As part of an ongoing inquiry that includes CCTV trolls in the area, we have included the area's related witnesses and local community-related helps identify suspects and show the incident. It appeals to dash cam footage.
