There are concerns that cold weather can be fatal for homeless people living on the streets of West Yorkshire

Cold weather alerts have been in place starting Friday and will continue until tomorrow (Tuesday, February 11th).
It causes strict weather protocols and qualifies emergency facilities to homeless people or rough sleepers.
However, there are concerns that not all homeless people have decided to take the offer for any reason.
“We're looking forward to seeing you in the process of exploring the lives of Leeds,” said Becky Joyce, co-founder of Homeless Street Angels. You'll be bullied.
“They don't want to mix them up with certain people, so they're basically scary.”
Becky worries that cold weather could be fatal if people sleep outside all night. She said:
“These conditions can be fatal, so yeah, that's really bothering me.”
