Owner Verdion leased 400,000 square feet in an 800-acre logistics hub outside Doncaster.
Moran Logistics has acquired 167,000 square feet of warehouse and office space.
In that contract, CBRE acted for Verdion, and the bishop's real estate consultant advised Moran.
The second lease is 260,000 square feet for an unnamed occupant that GV&Co advises Verdion.
Three buildings ranging from 59,000 to 330,000 square feet are available in the park.
Other occupants of iPort include Amazon, Ceva and Lidl, close to Doncaster's M18 J3.
The hub includes Southampton, Felixtwe, Tea Sports and on-site rail freight terminals, iport railways, to help occupyers reduce carbon from their supply chains.
GV&Co, CBRE, and Colliers are iPort leasing agents.
“We've seen a lot of effort and we've seen it,” said Jamie Young, development surveyor at Verdion. “Last quarter saw a significant change in occupant demand, focusing on new appetites and high quality spaces for expansion.
“These transactions highlight IPort's continued appeal, as well as its power capabilities, multimodal capabilities and strong demographics, to a wide range of businesses.”
