Following the August appeal decision, plans have been filed to place a sign containing the name and branding of the US coffee chain at Bayhorse on Main Street.
The reforms include wearing the Starbucks green and white siren logos at the pub, according to the plan.
That's after government planning inspectors overturned after York Council rejected plans for the coffee shop and stayed overnight after closing in early 2023.

Plans and flats that turned it into a coffee shop were rejected on the grounds that it would result in the loss of a local pub.
However, the planning inspector determined there was no realistic prospect of the pub reopening at the building after it was sold by its former owner, Red Cat Pub Company.
Inspectors said there are two pubs nearby, a plough and a saddle inn.
They added that there was no coffee shop nearby, and that the plan would see the first floor of the empty building being used by the public.
