West Yorkshire-based real estate agent Charnock Bates hired a land and a new Holmes manager.
Gary Roberts joined us from house builder Duhi Holmes to bring over 27 years of experience in the role of selling new homes within the house building sector.
At Charnock Bates, he leads the agency's new home sales activities. This includes working with developers to appoint Charnock Bates to sell new homes and staying in touch with future buyers about purchasing a new home.
Roberts is also tasked with identifying potential land for development across the region and negotiating sales to developers on behalf of the landowner.
Charnock Bates is an expert selling fines, nations and eras homes across West Yorkshire, with a focus on selling homes worth over £500,000.
Roberts said: “Charnock Bates has built an incredible reputation for providing expert service and advice to both buyers and sellers in West Yorkshire.

Skipton Group has appointed Jasvinder Gakhal as Money's new CEO. This is subject to regulatory approval.
She is the successor to the role of Andrew Bottomley, following the announcement that she left last fall.
Gahar will join the Skipton Group on March 3 and will work together to create a seamless transition with Bottomley before retiring after the final annual meeting in April.
Leeds-based Gahar joined the Skipton Group of Direct Line Group and worked for 19 years.
She has a wealth of experience and leads interdisciplinary teams across multiple sites.
Recently, I spent three years as managing director of Direct Line's Flagship Motor & Rescue Business.
She is a champion of gender diversity and a woman in senior business roles.

Russell Greenwood, a charter engineer, participated Clancy Consulting as Division Director.
Based in Clancy's Leeds and Manchester offices, he provides experienced architectural service engineering to interdisciplinary consultants.
He brings important commercial understandings, including financial risk and project risk management, and he brings a track record in building highly successful technically strong teams from his previous roles.
Greenwood has held senior positions at WSP and Waterman, and more recently as partner/director at Leeds at Hoarei, growing the MEP and sustainability team from age 28 to 52 over the course of five years.
Due to the specific expertise in electrical bias and electromechanical resilience, he has expertise across sectors covering data centers, defense, healthcare, offices, retail, housing, education, science & research.

Based in Tadcaster, a Tadcaster-based MPAC Group, which offers fast packaging and automation solutions, has appointed Steve Blair as Chief Operating Officer, Mike Brown as Chief Commercial Officer and David Taylor as Group Services Director.
Blair is a manufacturer and supplier of laboratory analytical instruments and participates from Malvern Panalytical, part of Spectris PLC, and holds the position of Vice President of Business.
In this role, he was responsible for his global operations covering supply centres in Europe, America and Asia.
Previously he was GKNAEROSPACE's Chief Operating Officer (UK & Nordics Region), overseeing operational performance in over 5,200 employees and £1.3 billion revenue regions.
He holds a Meng degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London.
Brown was appointed Chief Commercial Officer six years later as America's Managing Director.
He has over 30 years of sales expertise within the industry, and this new position will help advance new revenue opportunities across key markets.
Taylor has been appointed Group Services Director from his position as Managing Director of the company Lambert Business, which he has held for the past two years.
In his new role, he is responsible for driving the MPAC Group's advance strategy to provide excellent service to its customers. He will be tasked with bringing together a global customer service team.
