I've been thinking about getting a greenhouse, but the big glass ones are very expensive. I wanted it to be fully used at the beginning, so this extremely affordable walk-in greenhouse from Von House was the perfect way to test the water. Last year I visited a flower farm specializing in growing the most amazing sweet peas.
After that, I became engrossed and decided to try and grow the same thing at home. I have two large belongings that I plan to place on either side of the backdoor with a metal obelisk to grow sweet peas. I like the idea that their scent will sway through the house!
It was very easy to assemble. The most difficult part was cleaning up the area the greenhouse could go to (as you can see!). It's very light, so if you're in a windy place like ours, plan to secure it to the ground!

This is after a lot of hard work:
He also plans to grow tomatoes. I love making homemade pizzas and there's nothing better than a sauce made from homemade tomatoes. I ordered a packet of San Marzano seeds, the perfect sauce. I want to grow some plants in the greenhouse and have lots of tomatoes ready to make the sauce.

I also ordered a variety of herbs and chili seeds and put them in the sauce. (Can you say you're excited about this!).
This year, my fingers crossed over a lot of sweet peas and tomatoes!
We were sent a greenhouse for reviews – as always, all opinions expressed are my own.
